We strive to ensure that your carefully selected health supplies reach your doorstep in the shortest time possible, maintaining the highest quality from our warehouse to your kitchen.

 

1. Order Handling & Processing

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (AEST) will be processed on the following business day.
  • Freshness Check: Every item undergoes a final quality inspection before being packed to ensure it meets our strict organic standards.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

We offer reliable shipping across all states and territories in Australia.

Summary of Rates: Flat rate $9.90 AUD for standard orders Australia-wide. FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100.00 AUD (Local delivery discounts apply at checkout).

    • Delivery address within 10km of Horn of Plenty warehouse: $0 AUD;
    • Delivery address 10-30km from Horn of Plenty warehouse:
      • Orders over $50: $0 AUD;
      • Orders under $50: $6.6 AUD;
    • Delivery address over 30km from Horn of Plenty warehouse: Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD;
    • (Estimated 1-2 business days).
  • NSW (New South Wales) Express:
    • Small Shipping: Net parcel weight under 0.5kg: $6.6 AUD;
    • Standard Shipping: Orders under $100: $9.9 AUD;
    • (Estimated 3-7 business days).
  • Non-NSW (Interstate) Express:
    • Small Shipping: Net parcel weight under 0.5kg: $6.6 AUD;
    • Standard Shipping: Net parcel weight >= 0.5kg and < 1kg: $9.9 AUD;
    • Mid Shipping: Net parcel weight >= 1kg and < 3kg: $13.2 AUD;
    • Large Shipping: Net parcel weight >= 3kg and < 5kg: $16.5 AUD;
    • (Estimated 3-7 business days).
  • Free Shipping Policy:
    • Order amount over $100.00 AUD;
    • Delivery address within 10km of Horn of Plenty dispatch warehouse;
    • Delivery address 10-30km from Horn of Plenty dispatch warehouse AND order amount over $50 AUD.

Meeting any one of the above three conditions qualifies for free shipping.

 

Note: The above shipping amounts are inclusive of GST. Delivery times are provided by our courier partners (Australia Post/Selected Couriers) and are estimates only; times for Western Australia, the Northern Territory or other remote areas may be longer.

 

3. Eco-friendly Packaging

As part of our dedication to nature, we use sustainable and protective packaging materials whenever possible to minimize our environmental footprint while ensuring your glass jars (like nut butters) and dried goods remain secure during transit.

 

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your parcel's journey directly via our courier’s tracking portal.

 

5. Delivery Issues & Redelivery

  • Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout.
  • If a delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information or if no one is available to receive the parcel (and no "Authority to Leave" is provided), a redelivery fee may apply.

6. International Shipping

Currently, most of our products can be shipped within Australia, as well as to New Zealand, Hong Kong (China), Macau (China), Taiwan (China), and Mainland China. However, fresh produce with a shorter shelf life can only be shipped within Australia to ensure the absolute freshness and compliance of our organic products.
